Serving as a Foreign National's US Representative

Many Foreign Nationals are or will no longer be in the U.S.A. to receive I.R.S. correspondence relative to their FIRPTA withholding transaction. They pay a nominal fee to FIRPTA Refunds and we act as their USA representative to receive the mailings and correspondence. We register this on the withholding forms that are submitted to the IRS and as needed. We use our IRS registered identifications. This also applies if we obtain the foreign seller ITINs and any of that correspondence. We can also do the same for any state tax authority matters. We can do this across the board or for only specific aspects. No need to worry about receiving correspondence outside the time to reply.
